Terms and Conditions

1. Appointment Changes and Cancellations

We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to change, reschedule, or cancel any appointment.

  • Notice must be provided via email or phone.
  • Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee or forfeit of the session, at the discretion of the clinic.
  • Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.

2. Payment and Billing

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Accepted methods of payment include credit card, e-transfer, or direct billing (where applicable).
  • Prices can change without notice.
  • Receipts will be provided for insurance or reimbursement purposes, if applicable.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to:

  • Arrive on time and prepared for their appointments.
  • Follow any pre-appointment or post-session instructions.
  • Inform the practitioner of any changes in health that may affect care.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

All personal health information is handled in accordance with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA). Your information will never be shared without your written consent, except where required by law.


5. Scope of Practice

Naomi Wolfman, GNC(C), NCA, BSCN, provides services as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Continence Advisor. Advice and treatment are evidence-informed and based on clinical guidelines. Services are not a substitute for your family doctor or urgent medical care.


6. Disclaimer

Results may vary depending on individual health conditions and consistency in following care recommendations. We commit to a high standard of care but do not guarantee specific outcomes.
